With our new facility, a 20 foot refrigerated mobile abattoir, Field to Fork is fully equipped to handle animals large and small.
Everything is processed onsite, same day. Just let us know which cuts you want, and we'll have your meat ready for the grill or the freezer.
Packaging is done either wrapped in butcher paper, loaded into poly bags, or vacuum sealed.
Even the largest cattle are no problem for this rolling butcher!
